Privacy Policy

SHOFHA (referred to as “SHOFHA”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy sets out how we collect, use and process your information and personal data (your “User Data”).

Please read this Policy carefully. By signing up to and accessing a SHOFHA subscription, visiting our website www.SHOFHA.com, or any of our portals (the “Sites”), or registering to or using our digital platform, SHOFHA (the “Service”), you accept and consent to the collection, storage and processing of your User Data in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must not register to access or use our Service.

Note: We may amend, alter, add to or delete any part of this Policy at any time without notice to you. You must regularly check this Policy to ensure you are aware of the latest terms, which will apply to you.

How we collect your User Data

You may provide your User Data to us directly — for example, by entering your email address, completing a paper or digital form on our Sites, registering to use the Service, subscribing to any of our services, entering a competition or prize draw, or contacting us by phone, messenger, SMS, email or otherwise.

Your User Data may include (but is not limited to):

  • Your name, age, photo or photo identification;
  • Passport/ID number, address, telephone number, email address;
  • Credit card information and billing address.

We may also automatically collect information when you use our Service, including (but not limited to):

  • Personal and technical information and data (e.g. Internet Protocol (IP) address, login details, browser type/version, operating system and version, device type and network, device logs, records, functionalities and stored content);
  • Information about your visit to our Sites or your use of our Service (e.g. length of visit, searches and selections you make); and
  • Information about your viewing habits and preferences from your use of our Service.

We may receive your User Data from third parties such as payment and delivery services, analytics providers, or acquired third-party businesses, services or databases. Any third-party site you connect to from our Service is not covered by this Policy; use of that site will be governed by that third party’s policies.

How we use your User Data

We may use your User Data for the following purposes (without limitation):

  • To fulfil our obligations to you, provide the Service and notify you of changes;
  • To monitor and improve our business, products and services;
  • For market research, statistical and survey purposes, testing and troubleshooting;
  • To comply with legal or regulatory requirements;
  • To keep our services safe and secure, to detect and prevent fraud and other offences, and to work with government or judicial authorities for security and enforcement purposes;
  • To provide personalized services, such as viewing recommendations and tailored advertising (this includes storing information on your devices to make adverts more relevant); and
  • To provide online behavioural advertising and tailored marketing through the use of cookies (see below) when you visit our Sites or use our Platform.

We may disclose your User Data to third parties:

  • So that those third parties may send you periodic communications about features, products and services, events and special offers on our behalf;
  • If we plan to or do sell or buy any business or assets — in which case we may disclose your User Data to prospective buyers or sellers;
  • If all or substantially all of our assets are acquired by a third party — User Data held about you may be one of the transferred assets; and
  • If we are under a duty to disclose or share your User Data to: (a) comply with any legal or regulatory obligation or the request of a government or judicial authority; (b) enforce or apply the terms of use for our Service and/or any other agreements; or (c) protect our rights, property or safety, our customers or other users.

Cookies

Our Service uses cookies to distinguish you from other users. Cookies are small text files that store basic information that help us provide a better experience of our Service.

We may automatically collect User Data through cookies to:

  • Observe behavior and compile aggregate data to improve our Service;
  • Recognize when you are a return visitor;
  • Personalize content for you; and
  • Make our advertising more relevant to you (we may share cookie-derived User Data with third parties for this purpose).

If you do not want information collected through cookies, most browsers allow you to block or restrict cookies. However, blocking cookies may prevent access to all or parts of our Service.

Protecting your User Data

The transmission of data via the internet or telecommunication networks is not completely secure. We use industry-standard procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access to your User Data, but we cannot guarantee its security — any transmission of User Data from you to us is at your own risk.

If you wish not to receive communications about features, products, services, events or special offers, please send an email from your registered email account to feedback@SHOFHA.com.
